In case of any incorrect or damaged shipment, we shall provide the replacement. The buyer must get in touch with our support team at +91-7634939944 within 7 days of receiving the product to report for any logistics or product defect issue along with photographs of the received shipment to be eligible for the replacement. Please note that we accept replacements but no refunds.

Cancellation Policy
Ritika Craft, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) has been shipped. In case the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
NOTE: Cancellation is applicable only on prepaid orders and within 24 hours of your ordering.
